Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Office staff is a nightmare...totally disorganized and never knew what they were doing...in one case, just hours before major surgery, I was informed that my pre-op tests were not complete and that I would have to come in for additional tests. The results of some of my tests were NEVER transmitted to the team/hospital in which the surgery was to occur literally 8 hrs later.
