jajajaja...if u need a better safe neighborhood just go to any BEVERLY HILLS CLINIC!!!!! glad u changed DOCTOR. the business is on a nice neighborhood....nothing to be scare of. i get out very comfartable from my car and ppl even greet me outside. the prices are not HIGH comparing to other clinics. I have paid $80 just for the office visit and medication separetly. So their prices are not high. His a very good Doctor. Answered all my questions. The Staff's are very nice. Their's some clinics that the staff r rude. If i find a staff on the strreet they'll greet you too...they feel like family. i was glad they'd remember me as their patient. So like id said before if nyou dont like the GHETTO take yourself to BEVERLY HILLS & you mind even bump into Kim Kardashian!!!!!!! LOl

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. What I didnt like the most was that the office manager was discussing personal information in front of us (patients) I thought that was very unprofessional. While I was in the room the dr didn't let me finish ask all the questions I had he just walk out of the room and I had to finish asking my questions in the waiting room. Their restroom is so dirty and it smelled so bad I almost wanted to vomit. I had to change drs immediately.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

I was uncomfortable with the staff ( which ignore you, giggle amongst themselves it felt like a high school scene) the ambiance and that made me uncomfortable with the doctor. But I knew not to judge right away and give the Doctor a chance and i was shocked when he demonstrated no interest in what i had to say .I do ask a lot of questions. I’m like a four year old in the doctor’s office and I realize how irritating it can be when the four year old you are babysitting asks “Why?” for the gazillionth time but I think I’m entitled. I knew that my situation needed attention, but with lack of interest from my doctor I knew to take my health somewhere else!!! I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, they definitely weren't clean
