Dr. Vasquez is friendly, personable, and very good at what he does. He gave me great advice about the specific reason I was seeing him (joint and back pain), but also gave me more general advice about how to stay active and in shape without exacerbating the problems.

I have recommended him to my mother, brothers, cousin, and to anyone else who is looking for a local doctor.

Dr. Vazquez seems very knowledgeable in conventional medicine. (Of course, I am not an M.D., so this is hard for me to judge.) But he seems to be keeping up on all the latest research. He is friendly, and has a good bedside manner. He is willing to answer all of my questions and explain the mechanisms behind heart disease and other physical problems.

What I like best about him is that he is willing to consider an unconventional approach if it is supported by research- for example, acupuncture, or the role of proper nutrition in the prevention of disease. I think too many doctors ignore anything outside of mainstream medicine when it might help their patients.

Other Dr's I've been too have been rude and condescending. Not so w/ Dr. Vazquez. He treats me respectfully, invites questions and answers them thoroughly.

He believes that modern medicine shouldn't exclude vitamins, hormones, etc. He looks for the cause rather than just cover the symptoms. Nobody can know everything and he doesn't profess that he does. This makes me more comfortable with him because he doesn't expect to be treated like a god.

Of course, all of that would be of no good if he wasn't knowledgeable, but he is and I am satisfied and comfortable going to him.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
