I will refer my friends and family here. The staff was helpful when I called. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I would have no problem giving them a recommendation. If anyone needed a gastroenterologist, I would direct them here. I was very satisfied with my visit.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

My family and I have been patients for many years. Dr. Gourdji is a thorough specialist. He's patient, cheerful, and answered all my questions. There was little or no wait. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I left feeling informed. Any time I have questions, I call and ask. He's good at answering. I also really like that his office calls to remind you me if I was supposed to make a follow-up appt. and failed to after a few weeks.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
