I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

The staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there and were more concerned about their social life outside of work. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. The Doctor was extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The office was easy enough to find.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
