They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Hornstein listens carefully, never makes you feel rushed and is empathetic to his patient's needs. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. It is a very professional atmosphere. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. . It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Dr. Hornstein is excellent with his diagnostic skills.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
