Their staff is very friendly and professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were by far one of the best in their field. Every time I come here Dr. Brandt always remembers me by name, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Dr Brandt always finds the time to see you even if he is fully booked. They have a staff that's very k
nowledgeable and qualified.

They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
