Never answer the phone. Days to schedule for an apt. For which was weeks out. Rarely saw the dr. Just the PA's who are fresh out of school it seems. 10 minute apt. Told to reschedule another apt for my other concerns. Staff is rude and dismissive. Sustained a MAJOR injury and NEVER did I get any follow-up call. Used to be a great place. What happened IDK. I'll never go back.

Sometimes I have to wait--but she always sees me if I have to come in unexpectedly. I appreciate that. Very empathetic, intelligent and thorough. Courtney is great too.
