I think Dr. Ponzio is a wonderful doctor and trust her with my whole family. She doesn't mess around and gets to the bottom of things.
Her office staff however are not friendly and don't respond to questions or phone calls EVER. You wait and wait and have to call back. When you arrive for your appointment they really don't acknowledge that you are even there and your wait is always long.

If Dr. Ponzio wasn't as good as she is I would not go back just because of the office staff!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Yes, I was in agony!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

This place has on multiple occasions made me wait well over an hour for my appointment and has never offered an apology or reason. Yeah my questions have always been answered but I never really have any. I only go for check ups. I do not understand such horrible customer service cause lets face it I am a customer. I pay high insurance premiums only to be treated like a welfare recipient. No offence to welfare people but you can't argue much with free. I will not be returning to this office.
