The Doctor and the PA are awesome. They are active listeners, and answer my questions completely. The front office receptionist needs to change her attitude. She is rude and has a very abrasive personality. she is the first impression for patients, new and established. I hate to call the office, because she always answers, and I get left on hold, and then she replies with snappy rude comments. Not professional at all.

They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
