Dr. Akman took the time needed to get to know me as a patient, asked the questions necessary to determine the best course of action for me, and was thorough in his examination. His office staff was professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Akman to anyone.

I found the front office staff to be friendly, but the assistant was unorganized even calling me at work the next day to reschedule an appointment that I never made it was a different patient. I tried to carry on a conversation with the doctor but his bed side manner is cold and arrogant. I did not feel comfortable there at all. If I do have cancer I will be looking for someone else to treat it

There was available parking at their office. Parking was the least of the problems with this doctor. . I had to wait quite a while every time after I arrived for my appointments. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The Dr. would ask why I was there to see him even after many appointments. There was no personal care felt here. Not a good bedside manner.
