It saddens me that after alomost 5-6 years with this Dr. she is quick to judge!! I just received a letter from her office stating, that her nurse informed her during a phone call that I cursed and make rude remarks about her..? Her nurse needs to take a course in NOT FABRICATING THE TRUTH!! I have three children and that is one of the first things taught, but rather than Dr. Chakrav. talking to me in person, which is what should have happened, so that there were no miscommunication, via her nurse, she chose other wise..This behavior, I believe is very unproffessional. Our family has been under-going a major health crisis with, our young daughter, even though I explained that this was the reason for my forgetfullness in re-scheduling, I am told that re-scheduling too many times warrants her turning away patients..Dr. Chakrav. knew that I had 3 children(TWO OF WHOM SUFFER FROM ASTHMA,LOW IMMUNE SYSTEMS AND EXTREME ALLERGIES)and now we are faced with another ailment with our daughter.Yes,re-scheduling will take place Dr. Chakrav.,JUST AS YOU, DR.Chakrav. had your staff RE-SCHEDULE your patient appointments, AT THE LAST MIN., WHEN YOU WERE ILL, MORE THAN ONCE..(If we are expected to be understanding, when the shoe is on YOUR foot, then is it too much to ask FOR YOU TO return the same kind of understanding..?.Rather than TURNING YOUR BACK ON LONG TIME PATIENTS,OVER RE-SCHEDULING ISSUES?Life Is not black or white, and at times some juggling will take place, but everyone should be treated with compassion, understanding and with the utmost care, and before terminating a patient's care in the future, I hope that she speak's to them directly, because ,just as in my case, her nurse.. flat out fabricated what was said on my end..I have no reason to swear at anyone, all I wanted to do was schedule my appointment and discuss the rudeness I was being given via the nurse..and I see nothing wrong with that...She is very overbooked,so yes,you do have to schedule out months in advance
Good Luck and Live knowing that Karma has it's way of working things out...
