Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. They weren't friendly at all which was really off-putting. They were extremely rude and impolite. It's worried me that I've heard negative feedback about this provider and now I know why!

"Dr" Nelson lies on insurance papers to steal more money from people. She owns the franchises so she already makes enough, but apparently that isn't enough and she now lies to steal from people. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy she is the absolute devil. She put my face under a light and immediately while my eyes were closed starting injecting stuff into my face without my consent. Then while trying to dispute this the ghetto office staff cursed at me. They are all complete trash and Nelson should go back to wherever she came from and stop stealing money from the US' hard working citizens. She is a manipulative lying succubus.
