Recommending him to someone would be like a punishment. I wouldn't want to give him any more business! I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, he made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Dr. Dale Westrom spent less than 5 minutes with me. It seemed like he did not even want to hear my input. I had to stop him from rushing out the door twice because I had follow up questions. He was quick to spray my face with freeze agent without warning me to close my eyes. It stung. He refused to shake my hand even after I extended it to him. He charged my insurance plan over $600 which is way too much for the little work, effort, thought, or explanation that he did not provide. I do not consider his work service. He was very arrogant and snobby with me. I hold a fair view of the medical profession as I am a medical receptionist. After my experience with Dr. Westrom I can identify with some of the horror stories about doctors that I usually have a tough time hearing. Don't humor this kind of degradation. If you live in Healdsburg I suggest you drive to another town for dermatology services but make sure not to schedule with Dr. Westrom at his Santa Rosa location.
