Doctor Marnell and staff are very thorough and keep the patient informed throughout the process. If surgery is required, they explain the entire process with all questions answered in plain talk so you understand it. Dr. Marnell has been my Dermatologist for a number of years and I have always had 100% confidence in his recommendations and the treatment I've received by his office.
