I have had a pretty good feedback about Dr. Milstein, however I chose to go with another doctor because of Robin's (secretary) poor customer service... I am not confrontational, and I did not want to be dealing with Robin's hostile attitude, which was domineering and plain non-caring tone of voice. I would not recommend this office...

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
