I have been a patient of Dr. Small since 1984. He is thorough and compassionate. He requires all his patients to have physical once a year. This is the kind of preventive medicine that eveyone should have. He spends a substantial amount of time with each patient.

They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is friendly, compassionate and welcoming. They are warm and professional, make me feel comfortable in their waiting room, and make me feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy to locate. I will absolutely return. This is a solid, competent, and thorough family practice.

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not really, but I found a spot
