They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected and were very sympathetic to my situation. The doctor and staff were kind and attentive. I love how much attention to detail they showed me. I had an amazing experience and they were by far the best I've experienced to date. This business is in a very safe area. Their office was quiet and peaceful. I was able to relax. I will return.

Absolutely the worst doctor on earth. Rude, patronizing, arrogant, and incompetent. After waiting an hour to see him (I was the first appointment of the day), he misdiagnosed a lump on my neck, saying it was "nothing," and a "blocked salivary gland." When I expressed concern over the lump (I have a family history of cancer) and asked if there was any way to biopsy it, he replied that it was too small for a needle biopsy and that he had "the best set of hands in the business," and if he couldn't biopsy it, "no one could." I went for a second opinion; the other ENT immediately expressed concern and ordered an MRI, saying it was a simple diagnostic tool Dr. Klausner should have ordered. Test results? Salivary gland tumor, necessitating complicated micro-surgery to remove. Dr. Klausner? Actionable malpractice.

If you are looking for a doctor who will bleed you dry then look no further and make an appointment with the very creepy and idiotic Dr. Sheldon "Blood-sucker" Klausner. I went for simple ear wax removal and instead he started doing unnecessary tests of my throat and nose. I was subjected to the worst breath I ever smelled when he leaned in and examined me. I was told the office visit was only $40 dollars for new patients and ear wax removal would be around fifty dollars but when I got the bill this gold digger charged my insurance over $3000! I'm looking into the medical board to see what they can do to stop this money grubbing hack! Physicians are supposed to be caring not vultures.

I wish I would have read these reviews before making an appointment with Dr. Klausner. I went to see him with sudden ear stuffiness after a sinus infection (I thought I had fluid behind my eardrums). Dr. Klausner couldn't find fluid (it was there) and instead thought TMJ was my issue. I felt a "sleaze vibe" early in the visit and I wish I would have left right then. I know that a Dr. needs to touch a patient to examine them, but I was very uncomfortable with the way he touched me (no female attendant in the room, just the two of us) and the way he spoke with me. He was WAY too familliar and creepy, and his TMJ diagnosis was not my problem. After I left his office, I felt that I had been slimed.

Horrible money-grubber. I came with a question which he didn't answer . He refused to listen to me, bullied me, gave me unnecessary tests without my permission and with no preliminary explanation, spent the whole time telling me I needed an expensive procedure and apparently saw me as an ATM because he managed to finagle over $3,000 from my insurance with absolutely no benefit to me. But lots of benefit for him!
