They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

Dr. Bush has no bed side mannor, but he is excellent at what he does. I dreaded seeing him, but he did an excellent job on my surgery.

I suffered from hearing problem, and the doctor did not have the common sense to recommend any other treatment when he cannot treat my problem. I put in request for other treatment on my own, and it has taken over 3 weeks, and the staff has not even put in a request to the insurance company.

They seemed stuck in the past.. It was very frustrating. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

It is just a waste of my time.
