It really disappointed me how rude and unfriendly the staff was. They make you feel like an intruder in the office! What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time calling to schedule this appointment. I have warned everyone I know to avoid this ENT doctor. Nothing good will come from going here! I would never visit them. I was very disappointed. There's no way I'll ever see this provider. Beware of Marlo. I ask for the supervisor or the person in charge and she said she was the only supervisor. She ask many personal questions first and then she will call me to schedule the appointment. This makes me suspect something illegal might be happening with my personal information. I don't trust this person so I don't trust the doctor, now. all this just to schedule the first appointment. so I have never been there but that made it even worse, if the staff is this bad on new patients then how bad are they with current patients? Too bad to the future new patients :(
