The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and experienced they were in the procedure I wanted done. It was obvious they had been doing that procedure for years.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Very much so! They have the utmost respect for the cosmetic surgeon
