Dr Chen and his entire staff are extremely thoughtful and caring! They managed to alleviate all of the anxiety of dealing with very sensitive subjects and were very comforting.

They left me alone and unattended in the appointment room for a very long time. I felt very ignored. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. The staff was somewhat helpful, but not very. They made me reconsider coming back.

The doctor multi-tasks between patients, making one wonder whether the doctor is truly focused on providing the best care.
