I couldn't believe I actually had to pay for parking at their office. As if I wasn't paying them enough already. The front office was very rude and short to all of their patients. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. The patient rooms all had mold on the ceilings and I would never let them give me surgury there - it was bad enough having the catheter placed the second time - I made so much noise that Dr Ingram came in and did calm me some then inserted the catheter it still hurt - but he seemed to care Dr William Naftel - who was the default Dr assigned to my emergency referral - could care less - I will NOT let Naftel touch me - read his reviews

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
