I have been coming to this office for over 20 years. I find everyone on staff friendly and kind. I am handicapped and walk with a walker. All the extra things are done with a smile and patience. The office has modern and up to date equipment. I haven't had any issues with the lenses I have received, nor frames I have chosen. It has always been a win win experience.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes, all of the reviews are detailing the wonderful customer service they received in 2012 and earlier. However, under recent events by not having the favored Judy on board (after 20+ years) the ' friendliness' of the office has now gone south. I am not sure who is responsible for the new young lady that takes.appointments and your money, but the latter is her favorite thing to do. While making an appointment, arriving, and paying, she is reminding you of all the policies of 'her' office and making arrangements for you, with what seems to be only one thing in mind, money. Beware, and ask many questions, and get the answers in writing.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
