They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

No, it wasn't too loud

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Dr. Rush is a very capable and compassionate physician. In that, I have 3 kids. I am in the medical field and sometimes feel that he is too conservative in taking a "wait and see approach", when perhaps a child should be treated a bit more aggressively in terms of treatment. I have left him to go to other specialists when I feel that we have waited too long (for a child's congestion/sinus issues to clear up, for example). He is very caring and asks for lots of detail.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
