They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. my daughter was only 3 plus months old ,when i visited that office . had hope the the person who checked my daughter would have written down her vitals for me to compare with her next visit ,parents like to see that. to busy for them just trying to make visits for more money

I was kind of disappointed at how much they knew about child safety and nutrition. They only gave me the most basic information. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
