Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
