The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. After I got into the appointment room, they didn't come in for an extremely long time. I waited alone in there forever. I was disappointed with how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I wish they had been able to get me in sooner. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
