The refraction I had done at Dr. Carter's office was done buy a technician, not Dr. Carter. I had the prescription filled, but could not see correctly when I received my glasses. Dr. Carter's office would not see me for a re-test for over 5 weeks. (They should have gotten me in the next day.) I could not wait that long so had a doctor at Lenscrafters do another refraction which I had to pay another fee for. The prescription I got from Dr. Carter was completely wrong and my glasses had to be re-done. The exam I received from Lenscrafters was more thorough than that from Dr. Carter. Will not be returning to Carter's office.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
