They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am also very happy that I ignored some negative comments I read previously. I am sure the angry comments I read had to do with the patient not getting what they "wanted." Dr. Foote was every bit as good as I had hoped and his staff is top notch. I will be returning and telling everyone I can what a great experience I had. Thank you all so much.

Since I didn't want to endure a pinful procedure Amy Tees said " fine I will just say it is normal" and gave me not the meds that they have been giving me for my illness. This was unprofessional and uncalled for.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
He always seems bored and depressed. I think he is just tired of the job and never does more than the bare minimum. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I had to wait a several weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.
