The worst office staff I have ever encountered!! Takes them months to give you a referral to a specialist. Call them and they put you on hold then they will hang up, this happens all the time. I had my insurance co. call them and the staff hung up on them too. Once they left a message to call them about my lab results, when I called back they told me I never had lab work done (which I did). I finally changed doctors and submitted Levy's office paper work to have my records forward to the new doctor, it's been 2 weeks and they still haven't done it. I give them no stars because they are so incompetent.

Dr Levy is awesome. but I had to leave his practice. The front office staff and office manager (Name is Ann) are awful. Very rude, no compassion for patients or their needs. Witnessed this behavior with other patients and now it has happened to me. Shame that office staff can ruin Doctor/Patient relationships and I bet Doctor Levy never hears of these incidents as these staff hide these things from him. I have asked to talk to Doctor Levy and they won't let me. And I leave messages for him to call me but never does as I am also sure they never give these to him.

i just had my second visit with Dr. Levy and am very pleased with him and all the staff. I have worked in previous years at doctors' offices and clinics and i know how busy it can get and how hard the business could be. So, i am very glad to have found this office as a patient. The place is very clean, organized and beautiful. The staff is also friendly and professional at the same time. Keep up the good work! thanks

I have two chronic health issues. One that started 14 years ago and another that resulted from an accident in 2009. I have been a patient of Dr. Levy for seven years. In that time he has seen me through a range of health issues from minor to major. Dr. Levy is hands down one of the BEST doctors in the valley. He takes his time to listen, discuss and answer any questions I might have during a scheduled appointment. The office staff is courteous and respectful and will always listen to reasonable requests. I can only tell you that both of my parents started to see Dr. Levy after they saw how knowledgeable and compassionate he was with his patients(me). Dr. Levy is a man of science and one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors in the field of medicine. I highly recommend Dr. Levy if you are in need of a top doctor.

They did not answer my medical question. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just talked over everything I was saying before I could finish. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are seldom put first here. Certain members of the staff are incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
