I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
