Dr. Hal Hedges IV was negligent in caring for me as a patient. I presented with chronic, worsening hoarseness over a period of at least 8 months & went to see him repeatedly. I requested a referral, which I had to have at the time, to see an otolaryngologist & he refused. Long story short, I demanded that he look down my throat. Finally referred me & my otolaryngologist removed a MALIGNANT Squamous cell carcinoma.
