I don't even think they know who I am. After going to this office for almost 2 yrs. Every time I go in or get called by the office they ask if I'm being treated for diebetes. Don't have, have thyroid issues. Dr. Iweha put me on medication that gave me bad reaction, long story short after two weeks of not getting answers she said go back on the medication! My looking for a new doctor. The only staff that knows who I am and is friendly is the lab

I was not impressed with this doctor. I had been a patient at that office for nearly 2 years but had been seeing the PA-C (who is no longer affiliated with that office). I had to see Dr. Iweha for the first time. Not impressed. She didn't try to get to know me at all. It was all about her and what she likes in her personal life and professional. She didn't ask me any questions in regards to any changes since I had been there last (7 months ago). I had to bring up changes. She didn't ask me if I had any questions or concerns. I had to stop her and say I have a question or concern. She left he room to assist another patient she had just seen previously. I had to ask for updated bloodwork. She didn't give me any idea as to when I needed to come back for followup or when I need to have my next ultrasound. And when I have to pay a specialist copay of $50, I'd like a little more interest taken into my health and what I'm going through.

Staff is rude and incompetent. Not at all helpful. 'Our policy is.' Do not even try to help or listen before saying that. Waiting time is at least 45 minutes every time I went there. Doctor tries to justify the wait not lessen it. Staff feels they are doing you a favor by allowing you to be a patient of theirs. If you do not mind interminable waits and screwed up prescriptions then this is the place for you. If you feel that you are the customer and deserve the respect as such go elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation.

Ok, I am a well educated individual with vast knowledge about my own medical issues. I had to put all that aside as soon as I encountered this doctor. First things first, the front office girls are pretty spacey and not really professional. Also, the waiting area is an optical overload of strange characters obviously needing assistance with their endoctrinal issues. Anyway, getting past all this, when you meet this doctor, you may be blindsided. She is from a different country..she communicates in a very unusual manner. I'm going to tell you that the visit may be very strange to you. Only experiencing it can fully describe what I mean. But this woman gave me answers to questions I have had about my health, questions I have asked for years. So if you have an open mind, you can handle this experience. Good luck.

I don’t know who the fouled mouth person is who wrote the negative review on this page but they are 100% CORRECT!!

The visit with this doctor was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with the medical profession in my entire life!
I expected that visiting a specialist (endocrinologist) would be an upscale experience but the waiting room was set up like a clinic and the TV monitor was on a talk show similar to Jerry Springer paid for by a medical profession with low class videos which talked slang, and inappropriate words e.g “I had to take a pee”!!!! playing over and over again.

I came twenty minutes early for my appointment since I was a new patient and wanted to be certain I had my forms completed correctly. I waited an hour in the waiting room in addition to the twenty minutes. The two receptionists were very nice but there was a lot of milling around by the staff. I watched them walk back and forth. Then I was put into the smaller exam room and when the doctor came in with her PA neither washed their hands!!! Where were they before coming in??? When was that doorknob cleaned last?
The doctor was abrupt and difficult to understand. She did not care what I was on, what meds I was taking, how I felt or what I had to say. I interjected one time with a comment and she said "That is CRAP!" She just proceeded with ‘her’ way and set up the procedures. She just read and typed on the lap top the majority of the time and was not interested in anything I had to say. I had to pry out of her what direction she was going next. She actually said she didn’t care about any test I had had recently or where I was at the present with medications. No interaction…. Just order new tests. I felt like I was on an assembly line.

(I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful and personable. The TV they played here was downright irritating. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. The waiting area here is rather cramped . Their office was unbearably cold. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.)

This place is a joke the office staff are extremely RUDE and so IS the doctor. had an appointment with her and she kept referring to me as african american, not the name on my paper! Im suppose to go see a surgeon because she refused to put my on any type of medication even though all my test results came back EXTREMELY HIGH. my thyroid is shot to shit and now it messing with my organs and this idiot refuse to put me on any medication. I called and ask for what surgeon i was referred to , the office staff LAPITA she said you will know when they call you! what kind of mess is that, so you dont want to tell me is what i ask her dum ass and she kept saying they will call you smh. and this is what i pay 30$ for. and the supervisor and the administration assistant is rude as well. the doctor takes her sweet as time coming in to the room one time she came in a 1 and half later. and the office was completely empty. the only person in the whold dam business with some manners is the woman that draws blood. Find another better compassionate doctor and office staff because you wont get it there.
