The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.

But the most important thing is I was suspicious of many tests with no clear definition of my problem. doubling a dosage on a prescription with no clear benefit? also their billing system does not coordinate prompty with Medicare. The result is my secondary sometimes refuses to pay. then Jost's office sends out bills to me, then when I try to challenge them, they threaten to turn it over to a collection agency. Very scary - especially to heart patients

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
