He listened to what I told him, and asked detail questions. I've felt that he knew his profession well and he offered a solution to my specific issue, which others did not. It was easy to make an appointment and his staff members were understanding when I cancelled my first appointment. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, and I doubt they are offered as this provider has been in practice for many years. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
