They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

My appointment was at 2pm and when I called a few minutes before my scheduled time to make sure I was going to the correct office I was told the doctor wasn’t going to be there until 4pm. Good thing I called! No one was going to call and tell me. I get there at 4pm and waited for 2 hours!!! There were no office staff there at that time so I had to get someone in the back to cancel my appointment. I also had to get her to refund my copay that you have to pay before being seen since I was leaving and NEVER going to come back. I missed an important meeting at 6pm. I also used medical/sick leave for this time and had to reschedule other appointments for this medical appointment and I was NEVER SEEN. Now I have to do this whole process over but definitely with another doctor. This is bad business and you should treat people the way you would like to be treated. But they don’t care about anything but making money and billing your insurance. STAY AWAY!
