This Doctor kept telling me he didn't care about my medical issues. Turns out I have serious neck and back injuries. I am now permanently disabled now and if Doctor Abernathy had listened to what I was saying instead of saying "I don't care" he would have known that. Thanks Abernathy for your great services.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

This Doctor and His Staff Are A JOKE !! My Husband and I HAD been patients for several years.. yet when we needed to see a dr asap.. They would NOT schedule us.. and said i could keep calling back to see if anyone had not shown up. They would not call me. I have only seen Dr Sargent ONE time .. in all the dozens of time we visited.. only to be seen or diagonised by a Physican Assistant.. I can go to Pri-med for better treatment , and service.. with much less time spent in a waiting room. We will No longer be Patients of Dr Sargent.. and have Promptly requested out Medical Records be Transferred to Dr CHAMNONG Family Practice . DR CHAMNONG and HIS STAFF ARE GREAT AND SEEM TO REALLY CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS
