They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

I was extremely sick with flu when I went to see Dr. Stevenson. She was so very kind, was patient and sympathetic. She listened carefully to me, and really helped me a lot. As an RN I was particularly struck by the way she allowed me to make informed choices about the methods of treatment provided. I am going to make her my primary care provider as my regular MD has recently relocated. I give the office staff a B-, and this physician an A+.
