Dr. Rosenthal is a very poor listener and doctor. I told him my throat had been sore for several months and pointed to a spot right next to my thyroid surgery scar. He told me that he was only my thyroid doctor and if it didn't concern my thyroid, it didn't concern him. The sore spot was right where my thyroid would be if I still had one. It didn't concern me to go back to him. He acted like it was an inconvenience to see me. He was in and out of my room in 5 minutes.

Would rate less than one star if I could. Absolutely AWFUL! Rude, condescending, very poor listener, made a very questionable decision regarding my diabetes medication without explaining why. Follows up on poorly controlled diabetic only every 6-9 months when an A1C should be checked every 3 months. He immediately got on the computer when he walked in the room, and never looked up from typing the entire time. Very impersonal.

Would highly recommend... spent plenty of time discussing my thyroid issues with both my husband and myself. Was very willing to work with me on follow-up and got biopsy scheduled very quickly. Gave a very upfront and honest opinion of what he has seen in past and a course of action to be taken from here. Very knowledgable and personable.
