The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Dr Musick is very informitive, but was too cavalier with her attitude. What was important to me didn't seem important to her.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
