Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
