Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I will never go back here again. I (and everyone else in the waiting room that complain the whole time) have to wait at least 1 hour past our appointment time to even get in the room. Not to mention the waiting room smells like old people. He takes on more patients than he can handle. I got a few moles removed and ALL of them scared very badly. I asked him before he started the procedure to do stitches but he said he had to do lazor..which is why I'm permanently scarred. They dont even accept debit cards!! He needs to retire.
