They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.
