I was referred to Dr. Rookis by my GYN, at 38 seeing a urologist was not something i could rely on friends and coworkers for advice. Thank you for the referral! The staff was amazing the office was clean ( i was in nursing school at the time of my appointment which makes you notice cleanliness) and Dr. Rookis was a breath if fresh air to the male Dr's i had seen with my son as well as my husband. She understood exactly what my problem was explained it to me as if i had no idea about medical. After my surgery which was a breeze (strange but true) i was scheduled 3 clinical days at Children's hospital (in nursing school there is no reschedule) i had some swelling, I called the office and had a return call by her within 15 min (on a Saturday evening). After my initial visit I did inquiry about her to several surgeons and SA's which could not say enough good things about her. When a Dr. respects another Dr.to me says alot.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name and I'm able to pick up right where I left off at every appointment. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
