it is absolutely RIDICULOUSLY dificult to get through to this clinic to get an appointment. My husband and I called for TWO days to try to get our child in as a new patient. We were told we would get a return call to see if the Dr. was taking new patients. TWO DAYS and still waiting to hear back?!! What GREAT customer service! I think I will take my child some place else where HE matters and isn't just a NUMBER!!!!

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No, they don't over-treat my child

No, my child couldn't stand them and we no longer see them

No, it was expensive.

No. I still haven't talked to them.
