Dr. Sorrell is an amazing doctor, i dont kn ow what all the other reviews are about but my experience has always been great. Dr. Sorrell does only take acsh, and the reason is because his old office had a fire, and he lost alot of money in credit card reciepts, maybe if people knew the reason, they wouldn't care. Dr. Sorrell has been my doctor for a while now and has patiently tried trial and error wth my situation, and hasnt just thrown perscriptions at me. We've worked together to find the perfect treatment for me. He always made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. It was upsetting how rude and unfriendly they were to me. If they were any colder, I might have caught a chill.
And his office staff is the worse. They can never help you and all he wants for payment is cash. He is the most difficult doctor and office i have ever dealt with. Horrible

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. (only good part about the experience) They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I would never recommend them to anyone looking for a pain management specialist. Make sure that if you need help on something,that the dr, can be reached(office or after hrs) I can't understand when your working with someones health and mental well being that after hours there's no service to reach anyone. 6 weeks of wasted time.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
