I'm kind of ashamed to admit that at the age of 40 i didn't know the difference between an Optometrist and an Opthalmologist. The difference is MEDICAL SCHOOL. I received a thorough eye exam that let me know that all I had gotten before were vision screenings. Patient, mild-mannered doc and charming front office staff. Oh, I also didn't know anything about the lenses that went into my frames before. I got a great lesson in lens education and the benefits of certain lenses, prices were surprisingly comparable to the big chains. No more McTicians for me!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
