Dr. Slusher, has helped me several times over the last 5 years and i thought it about time I write a review. My questions are always answered during my appointment, and she is both personable and knowledgeable. Each time i see hershe uses different techniques depending on my issues she doesn't have a cookie cutter adjustment. I have actually referred her to my friends and family .

This is the reason people dislike chiropractors. I booked an appt on a reccomendation after I was rear ended last year. I went a total of five times, each time was worse that the last. The receptionist was always eating or texting and the doctor was never on time. She always seemed flustered and proceeded to tell me her life story (which was filled with drama). In the end, she never even made my neck feel better and the charges to my insurance company were enormous!

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs.
