He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I had no fears about their equipment. Everything was well taken care of and current.

There was some confusion whether I was having a procedure or just a consultation. I was a bit nervous so asked for a consult. I was not rushed and was able to ask all the questions I wanted. I made an appointment before leaving (series of 3 fraxel). On my first appointment was treated very well, staff very friendly. On second I showed up a half hour early, and they managed to squeze me in. They do not offer a lot of info up front, which I thought was weird - but they are happy to answer your questions. Best to do your own research though - so you know what to ask!

They are okay. I've had laser hair removal done here. The biggest drawback is that they are ALWAYS running late. In the 8 appts I've had here, they've never once been on time. The shortest amount of time I've waited is 30 minutes. The longest was an hour. Extremely frustrating.
